Obbligarne l’esibizione ignora inoltre quanto stabilito dalla legge della Corte Europea con la risoluzione nr 2361/2021 Punto 7.3.2 di garantire che nessuno sia discriminato per non essere vaccinato , a causa di possibili rischi per la salute o per non voler essere vaccinato, pertanto il gestore del locale non è preposto ai controlli su indicati in tal senso non avendo il requisito di Pubblico Ufficiale , pertanto non è autorizzato a richiedere le mie generalità , ne tantomeno i miei dati vaccinali , in quanto sono solo richiedibili dal personale sanitario preposto o da un pubblico ufficiale nell’esercizio delle sue funzioni . Ricordiamo inoltre suo green pass : -Ad oggi nessun provvedimento legislativo è stato pubblicato in gazzetta ufficiale -all’esecutivo che lo stato non può legiferare in violazione di norme europee . Il caffè buono, i prezzi vanno bene per una coccola che ci si vuole concedere. Tornerò in base a chi vedrò dietro al bancone!
