Approdai nel meraviglioso mondo di Kosmetika point, una piccola impresa allora agli inizi, che introduceva a Bari una nuova filosofia di benessere della pelle, di tutela dell'ambiente e di educazione all'acquisto consapevole da parte del cliente. A questa filosofia, Veronica, ha sempre lavorato con intelligenza e passione, la vera carta vincente del suo progetto, di cui il cliente è parte integrante, non semplice fruitore. Chi entra nel suo negozio sarà ascoltato con attenzione e riceverà sempre un consiglio prezioso e onesto, perché da Kosmetika l'importante non è vendere il più possibile, ma è dare al cliente il miglior prodotto possibile, senza fargli spendere più del necessario ? e poi non mancano le offerte periodiche, le analisi della pelle e gli ipnotici video tutorial di Veronica, che durano un po', ma sono utilissimi per lo shopping online. Non ho mai sofferto di acne, ma questo è stato un bel regalo che dell'utilizzo del mascherina. Sono arrivata da lei dp vari tentativi con specialisti, mille creme, unguenti ma senza risultati. Dp due settimane grazie ai suoi suggerimenti e ai prodotti giusti , ho risolto il mio problema.. niente piu brufoli. Qualche mese fa ho avuto un altro problema, sono allergica e periodicamente si aggiunge qualche nuova allergia. Il dermatolgo mi consiglia di andare in farmacia e fare scorta di nuovi prodotti.. Ho scritto tempestivamente a Veronica raccontandole il mio problema , mi accolto nel suo negozio e abbiamo trovato tutto quello che mi serviva... la cosa piu importante è che non mi ha convinto all acquisto conpulsivo, ma siamo andati per step... Credo che sia il primo negozio a Bari che ha cominciato a proporre cosmetici ecobio prima ancora che cominciasse la moda dell'ecobio ma Veronica, che è a capo del progetto, è imprenditrice illuminata: crede seriamente che promuovere azioni ecosostenibili, a partire da quelle quotidiane come possono essere le routine di cosmesi per pelle capelli e corpo, serva per renderci persone più consapevoli e più rispettose dell'ambiente. Anche se, onestamente, definire quello che si instaura all'interno di Kosmetika Point un rapporto di clientela è davvero riduttivo. Un team molto preparato; negozio ottimamente rifornito senza eccessi o troppi prodotti uguali. Veronica, nello specifico, è preparata, appassionata, disponibile, affidabile ed ottima ascoltatrice.Con tale fusione riesce ad indirizzarti verso la skin, hair o body care più adatta senza forzature. Ne sono testimone io stessa che usavo detergente viso e crema a caso come massimo ed idem shampoo e balsamo. Ed invece son passata ad iter quotidiani e settimanali senza sforzo e senza essere lasciata da sola. Nessuno spreco anche per i prodotti che vengono consigliati: non ti riempie di prodotti che poi rimarrebbero inutilizzati e/o ti renderebbero stressata solo all'idea di cominciare (sì, ci sono persone essenziali tipo me ?);nessuna mira per vendere un prodotto del tipo "quello più costoso è il migliore" ma, anzi, viene tutto scelto in base alle esigenze (fisiche ed economiche) . Inoltre ci sono spesso promozioni e, in mancanza, la fidelity card. Se avete una necessità od un problema, fidatevi ed affidatevi. Non ve ne pentirete e non verrete lasciate da sole. ? Inoltre una volta ho acquistato davvero il prodotto da loro fortemente consigliato, ritenendolo io stessa valido, e la volta successiva mi hanno riproposto con media insistenza di effettuare lo stesso acquisto. Inoltre ogni volta in negozio non ho notato alcuna gentilezza/disponibilità nei miei confronti mentre mi servivano, e mi sono sentita perciò una qualunque cliente che permetteva loro una transazione. Sottolineo che sono stata più volte loro cliente solamente perché mi servivano determinati prodotti, e non di certo per l’esperienza o servizio che mi hanno freddamente dedicato come consumatrice. Shop assistants were extremely friendly and helpful, and even spoke English very well which is not usual for Bari! I defenitely recommend this place if you are looking for real natural products.
