★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Suite ist super eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man benötigt.
Zudem ist alles wunderschön gestaltet und der Besitzer ist zuverlässig, sehr nett und absolut serviceorientiert.
Wenn man erst Mal einen Parkplatz hat, kann man zu Fuß Palermo erkunden. Das Teatro Massimo ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und ab da befindet man sich mitten im Trubel mit vielen Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Die Suite Yellow besteht aus zwei ausreichend großen Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern, dazu gibt es ein Wohn-/Esszimmer und eine kleine offene Küche, sowie ein Balkon. Es ist sehr ruhig und für Regentage ist auch ein Fernsehgerät vorhanden.
Aus unserer Sicht ist die Suite uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen.
The suite is well furnished and has everything you need.
In addition, everything is beautifully designed and the owner is reliable, very nice and absolutely service-oriented.
Once you have a parking space, you can explore Palermo on foot. The Teatro Massimo is only a few minutes' walk away and from there you are in the middle of the hustle and bustle with many restaurants and sights.
The Yellow Suite consists of two sufficiently large bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a living / dining room and a small open kitchen, as well as a balcony. It is very quiet and there is also a TV set for rainy days.
From our point of view, the suite can be recommended without reservation.

A due passi dal Teatro Massimo, e dunque tutto il centro storico a portata di mano, compreso il mercato al Capo, raggiungibile in 5 minuti. Dimenticatevi la macchina (lasciatela sotto casa, ci sono parcheggi leciti e meno leciti a pagamento) e visitate tutto a piedi. Oltre alla zona, decisamente al top, gli appartamenti di KMC suite sono esattamente come in foto (anche meglio), spaziosi, nuovi, arredati con gusto semplice e deciso e funzionali. Il proprietario Ugo poi é fantastico, accogliente, serio, cordiale e disponibilissimo dal primo all' ultimo istante. Raccomandatissimo.
A real pearl on the outskirts of the historic center of Palermo. A stone's throw from the Teatro Massimo, and therefore all the historic center at your fingertips, including the market at the Capo, reachable in 5 minutes. Forget the car (leave it under the house, there are legitimate parking lots and less lawful for a fee) and visit everything on foot. In addition to the area, which is definitely at the top, the KMC suite apartments are exactly like in the picture (even better), spacious, new, furnished with simple and decisive taste and functional. The owner Ugo then is fantastic, welcoming, serious, friendly and extremely available from the first to the last moment. Raccomandatissimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For my 3-day stay in Palermo for September, I selected the wonderful KMC-Red Suites. My 1-bedroom apartment was spotlessly clean and modern. The kitchen features stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery. All the comforts of home.
Also in the kitchen, is a brand-new clothes-washing machine. This came in very helpful halfway through my Sicilian holiday.
The apartment is quiet and very dark for sleeping. Wifi was dependable and the signal was strong. The apartment is one of 3 available (Red, Yellow, Purple) in a common hallway. The KMC Yellow and Purple are 2-bedroom apartments. There is a lift available to the 4th (if I remember correctly) floor apartments.
The only small detraction I can come up with is the lack of views to the outside from the apartment. Also, make sure to contact the owner with your exact arrival time and place to meet so you can collect the key.
It's a 1.9km walk to the apartment from the Palermo Centrale Railway Station, or you can take the #101 bus from the station up Via Roma with a short walk after you exit the bus.
The location is good with an easy stroll to Teatro Massimo and all the shopping and restaurants of Via Ruggiero Settimo/Via Maqueda. The nearest good, full-service grocery store is the Coop. It's a 5-minute walk located in Piazzetta Francesco Bagnasco. A very nice restaurant to try is Osteria Mercede, and is very close-by (you'll need a reservation).
The KMC-Red is a terrific and very reasonably priced apartment option for your stay in Palermo.
