★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, close to the sites, but also a rough area if you turn left out the main door, best to turn right!
Calls itself 'pet friendly' however charges €15 per dog per night, and this was not communicated to us before hand despite us sending a message ahead saying we had two dogs, so on checking we had to fork out an additional €60 making the two night stay expensive.
Rooms are nice with new facilities.
Breakfast was nice.
Worth a stay if you don't have pets with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has been recently entirely renovated. It is clean and modern looking. The staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed 1 night and were very comfortable. Breakfast is free. Parking on the street is free. Alternatively, the hotel has arrangements with a parking lot, about 1/2 km away for 20€ per day.
Great value for money. I would stay here again.

+ located centrally, close to all main sight-seeings
+ reception speaks in English, very friendly and helpful
+ rooms are very spacious, well conditioned and comfortable
+ for extra charge (~ 5€) you can use laundry (wash and dry your clothes)
+ better than a usual Italian breakfast
Not a disadvantage at all but just a fact, the building and it’s all infrastructure looks like it’s a student living

Keep in mind that students can be loud at Night. Hotel is super clean & rooms look like student rooms and brings back memories of old times.
Breakfast was rather standard than special.
Staff is nice, however, not going the extra mile, although not really busy. Fabrizio is the best!
All in all a good place for 1 night!

+- location is not far from the city centre but the immediate surroundings of the hotel is a bit dirty and grey
The breakfast is OK but don’t expect too much.
Overall it’s a nice place to stay in Palermo!
