Oltre all'insegnamento delle tecniche di combattimento e autodifesa, e ai consigli su come reagire minimizzando i rischi in situazioni di pericolo, vi sarà data anche la possibilità di esercitarvi in situazioni di stress indotto per rendere ancora più realistica ed efficace la preparazione.
Infine, non mancherà di certo il sudore per prepararvi anche atleticamente.

Gli istruttori sono molto abili e gentili, l’ambiente è piacevole e le tecniche insegnate sono semplici ed estremamente efficaci.
Siccome non è richiesta una particolare preparazione atletica consiglio a tutti di provare.
I state that I have already experienced a similar course in the past and I can say that this is really excellent.
The instructors are very skilled and kind, the environment is pleasant and the techniques taught are simple and extremely effective.
Since no particular athletic training is required, I recommend everyone to try.
