Too complicated. At least for the first time it is NOT absolutely simple: enter, use the changing rooms, access the pool from the changing room.

Staff always annoyed and rude, I booked a small pool to take my son and they reserved a corner of the pool for us, at the request for explanations they told us to go elsewhere. I don't think I'll set foot in it again.

Very nice structure, the hospitality for us campers was exceptional.

Clean and well organized swimming pool and changing rooms. Too bad for the hair dryers that don't work as much.

It is a very nice swimming pool / gym with many proposals. Changing rooms and bathrooms are always clean, shower water and hair dryers are charged with a prepaid card, instructors are prepared and involve you making the training more enjoyable In addition to breakfast, the bar also offers lunch proposals

Excellent multidisciplinary sports facility: swimming pools, gym, spa, solarium. Modern, spacious and bright structure. Courses of various kinds with friendly and competent staff. Perfect cleaning of bathrooms, showers and changing rooms, new and functional furnishings, present internal bar service. Great attention for children and families. Possibility to rent the structure for parties and stag parties. Ample free parking, disabled access.

Bad experience since September to enroll my son in the aquatic course for babies. I am not describing the odyssey to book the 4 lessons paid at the time of enrollment ... because there is not, or did, a real course but the single lessons were booked, therefore without giving continuity to the experience of the child seen. the high number of requests and the few spaces available. The management of bookings via the app is disarming and indescribable: if there is no place in a lesson (4 available) you can put yourself on the waiting list (only 2 places), but from the app, in case of availability of places, you cannot anyway book even if it informs you that there are free seats ... you must always call and hope that they will answer you or wait until the evening before they notify you that a seat has been vacated. If a parent does not cancel the booking, those on the waiting list cannot take his place ... and so a couple of times we found ourselves less than 4 participants in the course. 1 changing table for at least 4 children who theoretically attend the same course. Anyway, I thank this experience because we were able to find another structure where a course has a duration of 4 months, as it must be to be called "course", and where after the first 4 months my 8 month old son already "at 3" ( 1 - 2 - 3) from sitting he dives into the water alone without the support of the parent who accompanies him holding him under the armpits.
