★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difesa personale molto realistica, istruttore molto professionale, non è la prima scuola che provo di arti marziali o di Krav Maga, si nota tantissimo la differenza, molto più funzionale, sia per le tecniche, sia per i vari esercizi per riscaldamento. Molto importante anche la simulazione per percepire lo stress da evento critico che si ha in una reale aggressione.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'istruttore di KMA è molto competente, affidabile, preparato, si vede la passione che mette nel suo lavoro e te la trasmette. L'allenamento è studiato nei minimi dettagli e spiega in modo professionale gli esercizi, inoltre molto simpatico e alla mano. Disponibilità, competenza e soprattutto esperienza sono caratteristiche che ho potuto constatare personalmente. Lo consiglio vivamente per qualsiasi obbiettivo si voglia raggiungere per il proprio benessere! Per concludere...... L'eccezione o meglio la differenza!!!
The KMA instructor is very competent, reliable, prepared, you can see the passion he puts into his work and he passes it on to you. The training is studied in detail and explains the exercises in a professional way, also very nice and easy-going. Availability, competence and above all experience are characteristics that I have been able to verify personally. I highly recommend it for any goal you want to achieve for your well-being! To conclude ...... The exception or rather the difference !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo sistema di difesa personale! Incentrato molto sulla efficienza e semplicità della difesa. Al contrario di molti altri centri KravMaga, questo ho notato mettere in particolare risalto la effettiva possibilità di determinate mosse in contesto reale.
L'insegnante è molto qualificato, preparato e professionale; sempre pronto a spiegare con pazienza ogni aspetto di una mossa o tecnica qualora non fosse chiara, riuscendo comunque a mantenere una atmosfera amichevole e rilassata. ( Fattore per me fondamentale per poter rendere l'apprendimento il migliore possibile ).
La palestra infine è di facile raggiungimento in macchina, rispetta tutte le ultime normative COVID e la zona dove viene fatto kravMaga è molto ampia, permettendo così lo sfruttamento di tutto lo spazio disponibile durante l'insegnamento.

The teacher is highly qualified, trained and professional; always ready to patiently explain every aspect of a move or technique if it is not clear, while still managing to maintain a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. (Fundamental factor for me to be able to make learning the best possible).
Finally, the gym is easy to reach by car, respects all the latest COVID regulations and the area where kravMaga is done is very large, thus allowing the use of all the space available during teaching.
