Il primo perché la ventola della caldaia al momento della messa in funzione non partiva, quindi gli installatori sono dovuti andare a prendere il pezzo nuovo essendo la caldaia in garanzia, molto probabilmente il pezzo si è rotto durante il trasporto quindi colpa del corriere. Il secondo motivo dipende dal venditore, cioè è stato poco professionale nell' accertarsi se a me serviva uno scarico coassiale o altro. Excellent prices and shipping. Il 16/12 mi dicono che è colpa del corriere GLS, ma da allora non rispondono a mail e pec. Sarò costretta a fare una denuncia. WARNING! I bought and paid for a boiler with a fume accessory on 10/12, the fume kit arrived but the boiler never arrived. On 16/12 they tell me that it is the fault of the GLS courier, but since then they have not responded to emails and pecs. I will be forced to file a complaint.

Due dei tre split si sono persi (specifico che alla partenza erano ben imballati, sicuramente qualcuno li ha fatti sparire), nonostante ciò il venditore si è sempre preoccupato di contattarmi e di rispedirmi i due split mancanti a proprie spese, senza se e senza ma e senza che gli avessi chiesto nulla.
