Il materiale è ottimo, c'è una vasta scelta , nello showroom l'esposizione permette di vedere e toccare con mano. Il personale è competente e gentile. Siamo stati seguiti dalla sig.ra Ursano che non ha mai perso la pazienza e ci ha sostenuti in tutto con consigli utili e adeguati. Sempre disponibile e cordiale anche dopo gli acquisti quando abbiamo avuto bisogno altro materiale piuttosto che documentazioni e informazioni e altro.
Consigliatissimo.
 We have purchased everything we need for an extraordinary renovation. The material is excellent, there is a wide choice, in the showroom the display allows you to see and touch with your hand. The staff is competent and kind. We were followed by Mrs. Ursano who never lost patience and supported us in everything with useful and adequate advice. Always helpful and friendly even after the purchases when we needed other material rather than documentation and information and more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata da Falanga per comprare tutto ciò che mi occorreva per la ristrutturazione dei bagni e per il riscaldamento e l’aria condizionata per il mio appartamento. Sono stata seguita dall’architetto Alessandra Ursano per la scelta dei sanitari e della rubinetteria per i bagni e per la termoidraulica da Giuseppe Di Donna, entrambi molto gentili, accoglienti, disponibili, accoglienti, competenti e professionali.
Mi hanno affiancata con pazienza e dedizione in tutte le fasi dell’operazione : dalla scelta di ciò che mi occorreva, consigliandomi sempre i prodotti con la migliore qualità/prezzo, all’ordine e infine alla consegna.
In questi mesi sono stati anche un validissimo punto di riferimento per tutti i piccoli inconvenienti e imprevisti che si sono presentati durante il cantiere e anche dopo, a lavori conclusi.
Ineccepibile anche la contabile che mi ha seguita per la parte amministrativa e fiscale, Enrica Vitiello: avendo fatto un ordine molto consistente era molto importante controllare ogni cosa, Enrica è stata anche lei impeccabile, precisa, attenta, scrupolosa e, come tutti da Falanga, molto gentile e disponibile. La ristrutturazione di un appartamento è un’esperienza piena, bella e importante, ma anche piuttosto impegnativa e stressante, grazie allo staff tutto di Falanga, mi sono sentita sempre molto sostenuta e alleggerita di tutte le piccole, grandi tensioni e difficoltà che una tale operazione richiede. Sono stata talmente entusiasta dei servizi e della professionalità della squadra Falanga che sono tornata da loro anche per la ristrutturazione dello studio di mio marito.
I went to Falanga to buy everything I needed for the bathroom renovation and for the heating and air conditioning for my apartment. I was followed by architect Alessandra Ursano for the choice of bathroom fixtures and taps and plumbing by Giuseppe Di Donna, both very kind, welcoming, helpful, welcoming, competent and professional.
They supported me with patience and dedication in all phases of the operation: from choosing what I needed, always recommending the products with the best quality / price, to ordering and finally to delivery.
In recent months they have also been a very valid point of reference for all the small inconveniences and unforeseen events that occurred during the construction site and also after, once the works were completed.
The accountant who followed me for the administrative and fiscal part, Enrica Vitiello, was also flawless: having placed a very substantial order it was very important to check everything, Enrica was also impeccable, precise, attentive, scrupulous and, like everyone from Falanga, very nice and helpful. The renovation of an apartment is a full, beautiful and important experience, but also quite demanding and stressful, thanks to the staff of Falanga, I have always felt very supported and relieved of all the small, large tensions and difficulties that such an operation requires. I was so enthusiastic about the services and professionalism of the Falanga team that I also returned to them for the renovation of my husband's studio.

Da Alessandra a Domenico, tutti sono stati disponibili sin dall'inizio, mi hanno consigliato tutti i materiali di allestimento (ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo) e sopratutto ho constatato un'eccellente customer care post vendita, "situazione più unica che rara, per mia esperienza" e di questo ne sono felicissimo, in quanto sono diventati un mio punto di riferimento per qualsiasi prodotto di casa.

Alessandra Ursano, una professionista capace e gentile che sa guidarti nelle scelte migliori. Paziente, intuitiva capace di capire i tuoi gusti valorizzandoli al meglio. Ci ha proposto cose belle e funzionali con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Dovevamo rifare la cucina..stiamo ristrutturando tutta casa! Ci ha saputo consigliare anche una ditta che ci sta seguendo per i lavori. Il sig. Matteo con tutta la sua squadra ci sta aiutando a realizzare un progetto che per mille motivi avevamo sempre rinviato. Grazie anche alla disponibilità del sig. Falanga che con la sua comprensione ci ha consentito ripensamenti e cambiamenti. E grazie alla sig. Enrica, anche da casa ci ha risolto un piccolo intoppo. Having to do some renovations in our apartment, in December with my husband we went to Falanga. We were welcomed by the architect. Alessandra Ursano, a capable and kind professional who knows how to guide you in the best choices. Patient, intuitive, capable of understanding your tastes and making the most of them. He offered us beautiful and functional things with an excellent value for money. We had to redo the kitchen .. we are renovating the whole house! He was also able to advise us on a company that is following us for the work. Mr. Matteo with all his team is helping us to carry out a project that for a thousand reasons we had always postponed. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto l’architetto Alessandra Ursano grazie alla segnalazione di alcuni amici che vivono all’estero. Pur non vivendo nella stessa città, Alessandra mi ha subito colpito molto e ho deciso di affidarmi a lei. Alessandra mi ha seguito, passo dopo passo, nella progettazione e ristrutturazione del mio appartamento a Milano: si è dimostrata fin da subito una professionista eccezionale in grado di suggerirmi le soluzioni migliori, più creative e mai banali, sia dal punto di vista estetico che funzionale. Ha saputo valorizzare i dettagli della mia casa (una casa d’epoca con mansarda e terrazzo), sfruttando al meglio le potenzialità degli spazi e trasformando quelli che erano dei “difetti” dell’appartamento (pianta irregolare, quote diverse, gradini, ecc ecc…) in punti di forza. Mi ha suggerito le finiture migliori per ogni ambiente, con degli accostamenti che inizialmente non riuscivo a figurarmi ma che una volta realizzati si sono rivelati unici e veramente interessanti. Si è costantemente interfacciata al 100% con le maestranze con garbo e decisione, riuscendo a far rispettare il timing dei lavori (aspetto fondamentale). Il risultato è che oggi vivo in una casa bellissima, amata anche da tutti i miei amici che la frequentano: in questi ultimi due anni, così difficili, è stata una vera fortuna poter passare così tanto tempo in un ambiente gradevole. I met the architect Alessandra Ursano thanks to the recommendation of some friends who live abroad. Although I don't live in the same city, Alessandra immediately struck me a lot and I decided to rely on her. Alessandra followed me, step by step, in the design and renovation of my apartment in Milan: she immediately proved to be an exceptional professional able to suggest the best, most creative and never banal solutions, both from an aesthetic and functional point of view. . He was able to enhance the details of my home (a period house with attic and terrace), making the most of the potential of the spaces and transforming what were the "defects" of the apartment (irregular plan, different heights, steps, etc. etc. ...) in strengths. He suggested the best finishes for each environment, with combinations that I initially couldn't imagine but that once made they turned out to be unique and really interesting. It has constantly interfaced 100% with the workers with grace and decision, managing to enforce the timing of the work (a fundamental aspect). The result is that today I live in a beautiful house, also loved by all my friends who frequent it: in these last two years, so difficult, it has been a real fortune to be able to spend so much time in a pleasant environment.
