Inutile spedire con Nexive, meglio qualunque servizio di PT ... magari ad 1 solo km vs i 15 del punto Nexive. Bad service, without notice of delivery, call it possibility of second pass in times to be agreed. Needless to send with Nexive, better any PT service ... maybe only 1 km vs the 15 of the Nexive point.

Non mi hanno trovata in casa e mi hanno lasciato il cedolino con gli orari di ritiro nella loro sede (a 30 km!!!!!! ) senza possibilità di programmare un secondo tentativo. Mi reco nel pomeriggio e sorpresaaaaa!!! L'orario di apertura per il mese di agosto è solo al mattino. Peccato che né sul cedolino e neppure sui due SMS che mi sono stati inviati ci fosse specificata la variazione. Come prima esperienza posso dire che è stata alquanto negativa per la poca professionalità. It is the first time I receive packages from Nexive. They didn't find me at home and they left me the slip with the pick-up times in their place (30 km !!!!!!) with no possibility of planning a second attempt. I go in the afternoon and surprise! The opening time for the month of August is only in the morning. Too bad that neither on the slip nor on the two text messages sent to me was the change specified. As a first experience, I can say that it was quite negative for the lack of professionalism.

Pessima la gestione della corrispondenza con tempi lunghi (20 giorni di media per la corrispondenza certificata) e oltre una settimana per le raccomandate. Spesso i plichi vengono "smarriti"...e le raccomandate tornano indietro con dicitura "sconosciuto". Sconsigliatissimo. I have been using Nexive services for some years. Bad management of correspondence with long times (20 days on average for certified correspondence) and over a week for registered mail. Often the packages are "lost" ... and the registered letters are returned with the words "unknown". Not recommended.
