★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nos han cobrado el euro de más de cada maleta porque hemos llegado 2 minutos tarde de la hora. una vergüenza, desagradables, caro y encima parece que se ríen de ti. buscad guardarequipajes cerca de la estación que hay muchos y mucho más barato
They have charged us the euro of more than each suitcase because we have arrived 2 minutes late for the time. a shame, unpleasant, expensive and on top of that they seem to laugh at you. look for luggage storage near the station, there are many and much cheaper

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are 5 people, family from indonesia, jakarta. We have come to this place to keep our luggages for a short trip strolling around the canal. This place seems proper from outside, but their service is really horrible, they seems dont really care about customers and very racist also (you just can feel the vibes when they serve another customer). Worst service ever we ve encounter in venice!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BE CAREFUL WITH THEM, they are classic thief. They asked me to pay 36 euros for 2 small luggage, 2 laptop bags and 2 shopping bags and after I paid they issued me a bill of 24 euros. After I complained they said "we are giving you the bill 36€" and they gave me this handwritten invoice. It is very shameful.
