L olio al tartufo è una bontà se lo metti sulle bruschette o per condire anche un semplice riso in bianco con parmiggiano. Una semplice serata a casa si trasforma in una cena stellata. Ma anche l'olio é un prodotto ottimo :ne basta una quantità piccolissima per rendere grandi e succulenti i secondi di carne. Chi non ha mai assaggiato le perle King of Truffles, ha un motivo in più per visitare il Molise e resterà catturato dai sapori genuini di questa splendida Terra. ?Exquisite products, my absolute favorite is the white truffle paté, with a very delicate and refined flavor. But even the oil is an excellent product: a very small quantity is enough to make the main courses of meat great and succulent.
