Più che soddisfacenti i prodotti BancoPosta ed altri servizi. La cortesia e disponibilità di alcuni impiegati sarebbe migliorabile poiché tende a penalizzare il giudizio complessivo dell'utenza anche nei confronti dei tanti impiegati ed in particolare sportellisti che svolgono il loro lavoro con molta professionalità.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Più di mezz'ora di attesa per spedire un pacco con la posta mezza vuota, vedi uscire gente entrata molto dopo di te. Sistema chiamate assurdo e inadeguato, solo perché devi atrendere che esce il numero delle spedizioni che pwraltro non esce mai.
Meriterebbe meno di una stella.

Sono venuta per spedire un pacco settimana scorsa chiedendo cortesemente di mandarlo con la spedizione veloce,tanto avrei pagato comunque in ogni caso il prezzo da pagare,la signora mi dice "sì certo sono 2.80" inizialmente pensavo "ma perché così poco?" Tornando a casa ho notato che il mio pacco era stato spedito come lettera. Per non dire le ore di fila che ho fatto perché in 9 sportelli c erano solo 5 aperti. Spero che la prossima volta non succeda più una cosa del genere.
I really have no words. I came to send a package last week, kindly asking to send it with fast shipping, anyway I would have paid the price anyway in any case, the lady tells me "yes sure it's 2.80" initially I thought "but why so little?" On the way home I noticed that my package was sent as a letter. Not to mention the hours in line that I did because in 9 branches there were only 5 open. I hope this won't happen next time.
