i	igor brazorf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ordino una panca per i lombari il 16 gennaio, non avviene nulla, il 9 febbraio scrivo una mail per sapere lo stato del mio ordine e mi viene detto l'11 che verrà affidato il giorno stesso al corriere. il giorno dopo ricevo dal nulla un rimborso del mio ordine, senza che io l'avessi chiesto e senza ricevere alcun messaggio se non da paypal. mi hanno fatto sprecare un mese di tempo per un prodotto che mi serviva urgentemente. ditemi voi cosa pensare. I order a bench for the lumbar region on January 16th, nothing happens, on February 9th I write an email to find out the status of my order and I am told on the 11th that it will be given to the courier the same day. the next day I receive a refund of my order from nothing, without my having asked for it and without receiving any message except from paypal. they made me waste a month on a product I needed urgently. you tell me what to think.

Inoltro leggo molte recensioni negative, ma non pensate mai che ogni azienda ha problemi a far arrivare la merce?? Tutte le ziende sono in crisi con il materiale! Provate ad aver pazienza e vedrete che la merce arriva, non dovete pretendere che oggi inviate l'ordine e in poche ore arriva a casa, ci vuole pazienza, io il mio ordine ho aspettato anche se ho pagato in anticipo, ma non faccio recensione negative perchè non rispondono in assistenza o la merce non arriva il giorno dopo, che molte volte non dipendo da loro ma dai corrieri!! Excellent products, delivery all ok, serious company and excellent assistance! Super recommended! M	Mery Favale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una Cyclette “meccanica” arrivata il giorno dopo l’acquisto e fin qui direi molto soddisfatta, se non fosse che aprendo il pacco mancava un bullone dal sellino e la pedalata risultava veramente tanto faticosa (non pedalava affatto) ho scritto al servizio per il reso e le risposte sono state fin troppo ridicole del tipo “non accettiamo il reso di prodotti aperti” detto questo ho chiamato il numero ma anche lì nessuna risposta dopo due squilli mi ha sempre e solo dato occupato, il giorno dopo riesco a parlare con una persona che mi invita a tenere questa Cyclette inutile e dopo vari tentativi sono riuscita a restituirla, il rimborso che mi è stato fatto è solo sul prezzo della cyclette, quindi ci sono andata a rimettere soldi per due spedizioni e tempo perso perché il prodotto è pessimo!
