M	Monia Mazzara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel negozio personale cortese, ma c’è un ma, ti viene dato lo sconto ritorno (così lo chiamano), quindi arrivo ad avere il 30% prendo il mio capo lo provo torno a casa e mi pento, quindi ritorno a cambiarlo con un altro modello, quindi questo ha annullato lo sconto,se con il capo che avevo acquistato avevo risparmiato 30€ con il cambio praticamente li ho dovuti restituire, ok va bene funziona così, io non ci ho pensato ma la commessa guardando lo scontrino poteva avvisarmi che così lo sconto accumulato lo avrei perso. L'abbigliamento all'interno è ottimo sia per lo sport che per le feste, grazie anche ai grandi marchi come Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger.... Mi è stato proposto l'acquisto on line, poi quando in cassa mi è stato consegnato un buono del 20% ho chiesto se potevo usarlo on line e mi è stato detto di no. La commessa si è resa disponibile a reperirle in un altro negozio per poi farle arrivare lì in modo tale che potessi usufruire dello sconto. Mi hanno telefonato e tra qualche giorno le andrò a ritirare. Ottima soluzione My son absolutely wanted a pair of Nikes not in the store. I was offered the online purchase, then when I was given a 20% voucher at the checkout I asked if I could use it online and was told no. The saleswoman made herself available to find them in another store and then get them there so that I could take advantage of the discount. They called me and in a few days I will go to pick them up. Dopo aver speso più di 500 euro nel giro di un mese, finalmente ero arrivata allo sconto del 30%! Purtroppo l'ultimo articolo che avevo acquistato non mi andava bene e sono tornata il giorno dopo per cambiarlo... Non ho trovato la taglia dello stesso modello, dunque ho comprato un altro articolo, sempre della stessa marca e con lo stesso prezzo. Arrivata alla cassa non mi hanno però applicato lo sconto del trenta! Secondo me è una politica molto discutibile, anche perché non ho potuto assolutamente usufruire di questo sconto! Ci tengo a precisare però che i dipendenti dovrebbero trattare la clientela con i giusti guanti, sono sempre poco cordiali e qualche volta anche arroganti. Poca scelta per il reparto scarpe.. Ma c’è di peggio, ragion per cui merita la sufficienza. A large shop of sporting goods for both women and men, various brands for all tastes. Very neat.
