Pronta consegna diventata consegna lunga pero pagamento hanno voluto subito e prezzo di consegna e montaggio e stato gia pagato. La Mia esperienza negativa. ??? I'm very disappointed ... They don't meet delivery dates and don't even warn you. Prompt delivery became long delivery but they wanted to pay immediately and the delivery and assembly price has already been paid. Dopo averlo portato a casa ed ispezionato con maggior cura, ho notato un vizio antiestetico. Sono tornato immediatamente in negozio per chiederne la sostituzione. Tuttavia, l'Azienda si è dimostrata insofferente e maleducata nel dare soluzioni alla mia richiesta. Quantomeno, dopo aver insistito sulla tutela dei miei diritti di consumatore sono riuscito a farmi rimborsare il prezzo. Adesso comprendo le varie recensioni negative di questo negozio. Sconsigliato. Il personale sa vendere bene ma il dopo…….. articoli in pronta consegna arrivati dopo 2 settimane dalla data stabilita, se ci fossero state le tariffe telefoniche di 10 anni fa avresti speso di ricarica telefonica 1000€. Arriviamo al dunque, abbiamo chiesto anche il trasporto poiché erano da portare a Novellara. Coloro che hanno montato la cucina devono cambiare mestiere, poiché le ante me le sono registrate io, non c’è nera una dritta, finito di montarla mi accorgo che due ante erano danneggiate negli angoli, riferisco al addetto, mi rassicura di non preoccuparmi che sarebbe tornato con pezzi sostitutivi, siamo stati presi ingiro poiché se non ci fossimo recati al punto vendita nessuni sapeva nulla di ciò, la sala arrivata parziale… Chi più ne vuole più ne metta dico solo che ci è voluto più di 3 mesi per concludere il tutto pacificamente! f	francesca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Presa camera da letto a novembre, anta a specchio rovinata,chiesto il cambio,arrivata in magazzino dopo circa un mese(e come sempre ho dovuto chiamare io per avere novità, ed ogni volta stranamente la merce era appena arrivata in magazzino e doveva essere controllata)un'altra volta rovinata,fatta altra richiesta attendiamo un'altro mese...arrivata e...rovinata anche questa! 3 Ante dietro fila rovinate ...beh qualche problema o di trasporto o di fattura c'è a questo punto! Ora dobbiamo attendere sicuramente un'altro mese perché "le tempistiche purtroppo sono quelle" e chissà come arriverà questa volta....incrocio le dita questa volta perché sono stanca di avere la camera incompleta, ma pagata per completa! delusissima da un'azienda che vanta il made in Italy e poi non cerca nemmeno di andare incontro al cliente come altre aziende che dopo un ritardo sostanziale e il disagio mi hanno addirittura rimborsato il trasporti su un articolo meno costoso di questo! Gli sportelli inferiori si rovinano e si gonfiano di continuo nonostante siano stai fatti cambiare già una volta, sono di nuovo da cambiare nel corso di pochissimo tempo dato che si sono rovinati nuovamente non per causa nostra, in quanto il materiale della cucina è molto scadente e si rovina facilmente al minimo utilizzo o alla minima pulizia. Dopo tanti reclami vogliono far passare noi come quelli che hanno rovinato la cucina quando è il materiale a essere pessimo in quanto si rovina da solo. Sconsiglio a tutti. About a year and a half ago I had a custom-made modular kitchen made with two types of doors. The lower doors get damaged and swell continuously despite having been changed once already, they need to be changed again in the course of a very short time since they have been damaged again not because of us, as the kitchen material is very poor and it is easily damaged at the slightest use or minimal cleaning. After so many complaints they want to pass us off as the ones who ruined the kitchen when it is the material that is bad as it spoils itself. I advise against everyone.

Ho chiamato tante volte e la merce non era arrivata tutta.richiamo ennesima volta, la merce era completa in magazzino ma nessuno mi aveva contattata. E ok!!! il comodino con angolo rotto. Tavolo con angolo graffiato, idem una sedia e l'anta di una madia e un mobile completamente non idoneo, i pannelli non coincidevano. Abbiamo riordinato il tutto. Dopo circa due mesi la merce arriva, la controllano, chiamano, tutto arriva rotto. Ora dovremmo aspettare un altro mese se tutto va bene. E chissà come arriva! Abbiamo fatto un preventivo per la cucina, ma col cavolo che la prendo da loro. Per qualche mobile sta succedendo uno schifo, figuriamoci una cucina intera!!! Mai più!!!! Taken bedroom and hall. Dall'arredatrice Lucia che con tnta pazienza a soddisfatto tutte le mie esigenze e allo staff del negozio ed infine a i ragazzi che sono venuti a montarla. Complimenti a tutti! Ottimo negozio. Ci tornerò sicuramente per acquistare la cucina l'anno prossimo. Well organized and courteous and helpful staff. Qualche settimana dopo ho chiamato per il montaggio e la consegna. Il servizio è stato rapidissimo, a distanza di un paio di giorni sono venuti 2 tecnici molto competenti e disponibili a montare il tutto e adesso mi godo il mio bel soggiorno! Soddisfattissima! I bought my equipped part in the shop in Carpi (Mo) through a very kind saleswoman! A few weeks later I called for assembly and delivery. The service was very fast, after a couple of days 2 very competent and available technicians came to assemble everything and now I enjoy my beautiful stay! Very satisfied!
