Per la mia esperienza personale posso dire che mi ritengo soddisfatta dall’operato di kinesiomed. Soffro spesso di contratture e forti dolori a livello della cervicale e alla schiena (a causa di tante ore seduta in ufficio e postura non del tutto corretta) e mi capita di ritrovarmi anche con il collo bloccato....ho iniziato il mio percorso presso questo centro e noto già i benefici! Il mio collo non si è più bloccato e anche i dolori solo migliorati parecchio! Lo consiglio!!
Professional service, comfortable environment and convenient and easily accessible studio location. From my personal experience, I can say that I am satisfied with the work of kinesiomed. I often suffer from contractures and severe pain in the neck and back (due to many hours sitting in the office and posture not entirely correct) and I also find myself with a blocked neck .... I started my journey at this center and already known the benefits! My neck didn't get stuck anymore and the pains just got better too! I advise!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il rapporto 1:1 o 1:2 è ottimale nell'ora di ginnastica posturale, soprattutto alla mia età (64anni).Competente, disponibile e simpatico l'istruttore che ti segue.Esco un po' affaticata,ma molto più "sciolta", ne vale la pena .
The ratio 1: 1 or 1: 2 is optimal in the hour of postural gymnastics, especially at my age (64 years). The instructor who follows you is competent, available and nice. I go out a little tired, but much more "relaxed" , it's worth it.
