Store con alcuni tra i migliori brand classici e casual (Lardini, Herno, Tod's, Doucal's, Patagonia, Ralph Lauren etc. etc.). Entro per la prima volta, due assistenti alle prese con un solo cliente. Quasi neanche un saluto o un accenno a volermi servire. Roba mai vista. Passano alcuni minuti e finalmente si accorgono del sottoscritto. Chiedo di vedere un piumino, ne hanno di bellissimi. L'occhio cade poi su una sciarpa Lardini esposta sopra la cassa e non prezzata. Mi dicono di richiamare quel pomeriggio stesso per poter sapere il prezzo perchè neanche potevo acquistarla...passano anche 24 ore ma il titolare, assente, non comunica il prezzo ai suoi collaboratori. Rinuncio all'acquisto per ovvi motivi di buonsenso. L'impressione è che sia uno store per clienti già acquisiti che evidentemente non è interessato a farsene di nuovi. E allora, cordiali saluti. I enter for the first time, two assistants dealing with a single client. Almost not even a greeting or a hint of wanting to serve me. Stuff never seen. A few minutes pass and they finally notice me. I ask to see a duvet, they have beautiful ones. The eye then falls on a Lardini scarf displayed above the cash register and not priced. They tell me to call back that same afternoon to be able to know the price because I couldn't even buy it ... even 24 hours pass but the owner, absent, does not communicate the price to his collaborators. I renounce the purchase for obvious reasons of common sense. The impression is that it is a store for existing customers who obviously is not interested in making new ones. So, best regards.

Dopo 3 mesi e mezzo e diverse telefonate, durante le quali ho sempre lasciato i miei recapititi per essere informato sull'articolo in sostituzione, mi annunciano che la mia richiesta non poteva essere soddisfatta perché l'articolo scelto non sarebbe mai arrivato. La malafede sta nel fatto che loro lo sapevano fin dal fatidico 10 nov.21, perché l'articolo scelto in sostituzione non rientrava nell'"assortimento "(per loro precisa ammissione, sic!). Senza contare poi tutte le volte che hanno disconosciuto le mie varie telefonate imputandosi lo scarico di responsabilità dall'uno all'altro. Alla fine ho scelto un'articolo, che peraltro era in sconto, ma pagandone il prezzo pieno, con una differenza di 15€. Ma la cosa peggiore è che hanno fatto passare questo cambio, come una cortesia nei miei confronti perché era passato molto tempo (come se fosse dovuto a causa mia) e che forse non ne avevo diritto. Che squallore!!! I had to make a change, it was November 10, 2021. After 3 and a half months and several phone calls, during which I always left my contact details to be informed about the replacement item, they announce that my request could not be satisfied because the chosen item would never arrive. The bad faith lies in the fact that they knew it since the fateful 10 Nov. 21, because the item chosen as a replacement was not part of the "assortment" (by their precise admission, sic!). Not to mention all the times they have disowned my various phone calls, attributing the discharge of responsibility from one to the other. In the end I chose an article, which was also on a discount, but paying the full price, with a difference of 15 €. But the worst thing is that they passed this change, as a courtesy to me because it had been a long time (as if it were due to me) and that maybe I was not entitled to it. What squalor !!!
