★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodotti da 5 stelle, ma ne metto 2 perché in TUTTI i negozi Kiko, le commesse sono troppo insistenti nel farti comprare altri prodotti in aggiunta a quelli che vuoi, oppure ti dicono che quello che hai comprato non va bene per il tuo tipo di pelle e vogliono rifilarti sempre quelli che costano di più... Ho chiuso con Kiko. Mi sono rotta!!!
 5 star products, but I put 2 because in ALL Kiko stores, the orders are too insistent in making you buy other products in addition to the ones you want, or they tell you that what you bought is not good for your skin type and they always want to give you the ones that cost more ... I'm done with Kiko. I'm done!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La responsabile del negozio come mi ha referito lei antipatica non ci sa fare con i clienti la chiedo una mattita mi da una confezione sbagliata torno il giorno dopo invece di chiedere scusa mi ha fatto storie ... E in più proprio non e lavoro per lei ha un muso come se fosse arrabbiata con il mondo... A me piaciono i prodotti kiko però l'ultima volta che entro a questo negozio anche se regalano i prodotti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata questa sera alle 19.30 da premettere il negozio chiude alle 20, la commessa con tono poco gentile mi fa presente che ha appena lavato il pavimento e che era da più di mezz'ora che stava provando a pulire e poi continua con queste testuali parole "Che c'è" naturalmente poco carino x chi lavora al contatto con il pubblico forse la Kiko dovrebbe farla partecipare a un corso accelerato di buona educazione e di buone maniere di come porsi al cliente. Tanta era la voglia di lavorare che alla richiesta di quello che intendevo acquistare mi ha liquidato dicendomi che le aveva finite!!!

Soffro di una grave forma di psoriasi e i prodotti kiko mi aiutano molto a migliorare la situazione, il siero al retinolo è perfetto contro la psoriasi soprattutto sulle mani secche e distrutte dall'igienizzante.
Se non potete igienizzarvi le mani per via di una dermatite grave, basta dirlo e le commesse vi aiuteranno, ovviamente non potrete toccare gli articoli.
