Il personale non è qualificato solo per l'aspetto, ma dalla cortesia e disponibilità. Zero. Ritorno in negozio per cambiarlo con tanto di scontrino ma la commessa si rifiuta di fare il cambio con un prodotto nuovo e funzionante dicendo che è normalissimo che la punta non scrive poichè questo tipo di prodotto, come gli eyeliner, non vanno usati con la punta. Purtroppo la matita che cercavo era terminata, la commessa con fare indisponente voleva che comprassi il kit (matita+mascara+pochette) ma più volte le ho gentilmente ripetuto che ero interessata SOLO ALLA MATITA. Cosi mi reco alla cassa per pagare solo le spugnette per il fondotinta. La commessa con la stessa indisponenza e presunzione mi ha detto "CON GLI SCONTI COMPRI SOLO LE SPUGNETTE?????". Le passo la carta di credito per pagare e Lei non voleva farmi pagare con carta perché erano solo 3 euro... dopo tutto ... l'ho salutata con cortesia e non mi ha neanche risposto. I prodotti Kiko sono ottimi. Ma la prossima volta, di certo, non andrò allo stesso punto vendita. I went in to buy an eye pencil and foundation sponges. Entri per comprare una semplice matita e cominciano ad insistere per altri prodotti. Se devo entrare in un negozio con l'ansia, preferisco andare altrove.
