Vengo per fare il cambio e mi viene detto che è un articolo al 50% già da un anno e non posso cambiarlo.....che senso ha lo scontrino cortesia? Una prassi veramente inusuale se il regalo mi viene dato con uno SCONTRINO CORTESIA!!!
