★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non voglio criticare i prodotti che vendete bensì le vostre commesse sono stata ieri in questo negozio ho acquistato 2 prodotti il terzo a scelta tra gli accessori doveva essere in omaggio . Ho scelto un pennello che costava 8 € suggerito dalla commessa . Alla cassa mi propone una maschera contorno occhi da 2.50€ guardandosi bene dal non dire che quel prodotto sarebbe passato come terzo in omaggio al posto del pennello. Pago e ingenuamente esco controllo lo scontrino e non solo mi aveva fatto pagare il pennello suggerito da lei come prodotti in omaggio ma anche la maschera da 2.50€. Rientro per chiarire e con grande arroganza ha anche il coraggio di dire che c'era stato un errore e mi avrebbe regalato un'altra maschera. Quale regalo ? Ho pagato tutto...cafona. Ie persone non si prendono in giro mandatela via troppi clienti vi farà perdere me compresa.
I do not want to criticize the products you sell but your orders were yesterday in this shop I bought 2 products the third choice among the accessories had to be free. I chose a brush that cost € 8 suggested by the shop assistant. People don't make fun of themselves, sending her away too many customers will make you lose me, including me.
