La signorina "muso lungo",dopo un laconico buonsera è rimasta di spalle mentre io cercavo di avere un consiglio. Ho preso un tester e mi ha apostrofato da maestrina dicendo "quella è la vetrina!". Le ho detto che avevo cercato di avere un aiuto ma mi ha messo nell'angolo dicendo che "Con la musica alta lei non sente!!". Chiedo scusa per essere entrata nel negozio il 15 agosto, per aver toccato la vetrina e per non aver picchiettato sulla spalla della signorina per avere attenzione. Ho cambiato negozio e fatto spesa!!?? I understand that working on August 15 is particularly demotivating but entering the store and feeling too much is not pleasant. Siamo tornate per cambiare il prodotto a distanza di nemmeno un'ora e la commessa ci ha praticamente rimproverare perché "lo avevamo provato però ". Ha preso e ha iniziato a riempire di prodotto la faccia della mia amica in malo modo e ci siamo sentite così in soggezione dai suoi modi di fare maleducati che siamo andate via. Imparate a lavorare che state alla Kiko, non fate le make up artist! Maleducate, mai più! Una cliente voleva chiedere consiglio e si è rivolta alla commessa sbagliata....le ha risposto in modo molto sgarbato che ancora non aveva iniziato a lavorare - benchè girava nel negozio senza fare nulla - e che doveva rivolgersi all'altra commessa. La signora è uscita senza comperare nulla. Per fortuna non si è rivolta in quel modo a me. Alcune commesse ti fanno passare la voglia di comperare. Per fortuna ci sono altri negozi KIKO. Una commessa così maleducata e acida , insegnate alle vostre commesse di non offendersi se non si acquistano i prodotti proposti perché evidentemente la persona non può comprarli tutti compra il necessario ma non per questo deve essere trattata da pezzente o povera solo perché acquista un solo prodotto , al pagamento mi ha chiesto se avessi la carta fedeltà ho chiesto se avevo dei punti o delle promozioni da scalare la risposta è stata : Stai spendendo 5€ che cosa vuoi avere da scalare? Io gli dico che aiuto un attimo mia figlia e vado via , lei comincia a battere le unghia sulla cassa in modo nervoso, allora esco fuori e aspetto che mia figlia finisca di acquistare , la commessa ne un Grazie ne un arrivederci , pessima .
