★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo pariti in viaggio di nozze in Thailandia con questa agenzia a fine luglio e abbiamo fatto lista nozze, consigli per il viaggio non molti, avevano ammesso di trattare poco quella tratta.
Su loro suggerimento abbiamo preso il volo di andata da Palermo->Roma->Bangkok collegato per evitare imprevisti: l'imprevisto sono stati loro, il volo è stato errato e non hanno fatto la congiunzione: siamo dovuti andare a Roma con 6 ore di anticipo.
Alcuni regali sono arrivati dopo la chiusura e il saldo finale da parte nostra, ci eravamo accordati con loro che questa cifra sarebbe stata restituita di ritorno dal viaggio. Invece picche! Continuava a rimandare e i soldi non rientravano.
Dopo continue richieste e solleciti siamo riusciti a farci restituire la cifra solo a fine ottobre! Parlando di 900 Euro, mica di un caffè.
Pagamento era stato fatto tutti n maniera tracciata e con bonifici, quindi non capisco dove volevano arrivare.
Mi son sentito molto deluso e in imbarazzo per tutta la vicenda.

Payment was all done in a traced way and with bank transfers, so I don't understand where they wanted to go.
I felt very disappointed and embarrassed about the whole affair.
