L'urto è stato leggero ma ha creato un'ammaccatura in prossimità del parafango sopra la ruota anteriore. Il responsabile dell'officina confrontandosi con il tecnico hanno fatto una valutazione per la fattibilità dell'intervento. Da subito mi hanno fatto notare che la tipologia di danno poteva creare problemi alla verniciatura. In ogni caso hanno fatto un tentativo che ha riparato parzialmente il danno. Però onde evitare problemi mi hanno consigliato l'intervento di un carrozziere. Ad ogni modo ho apprezzato la professionalità, la disponibilità e l'onestà degli operatori di questa officina tant'è che per il tentativo di riparazione non mi hanno chiesto nessun compenso. F	Francesco Morano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver appreso che facevano il corso di levabolli di 4 mesi ho deciso di chiamare,mi risponde la ragazza della reception, gentile e cordiale mi da il numero del loro tecnico levabolli che si occupa dei corsi. Lo chiamo e mi dice che lui non sa nulla dei corsi e che forse mi confondo. Al ché gli dico no, guarda che c'è scritto lampocar di Arcore. E lui mi risponde no ma lampocar non siamo noi è una filiale di Bergamo che ha messo questo annuncio a nostra insaputa. Allora gli dico ok va bene mi scusi. Non convinto ritorno nel loro sito e gli invio gli screen su WhatsApp. Dopo poco mi risponde si siamo noi però il corso ha raggiunto il numero di iscritti quindi riprova l'anno prossimo. Dico va bene e chiedo più informazioni riguardo il costo. e il mese in cui mi posso candidare è lui non risponde più.
