★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da titolare di un'attività aperta al pubblico purtroppo non ho potuto non notare la poca attenzione verso la clientela (attendere almeno 20 minuti per essere considerati dal personale che a quanto pare non ha fretta di sentire cosa desidera una persona d'avanti alla cassa è abbastanza eccessivo visto che c'era solo un'altra persona a provare i capi e almeno 3 commesse)
È inoltre molto poco professionale (e estremamente deludente per il cliente) riconsegnare dopo le sistemazioni della sarta un abito riscontrato scucito durante la prova e l'orlo (pagato comunque in anticipo più di 200 euro)infilato dentro una busta tutto spiegazzato come se fosse una pezza da buttare.
Inoltre si suggerisce di far presente al momento del pagamento preventivo dei capi che gli eventuali aggiustamenti hanno il costo supplementare per garantire la trasparenza e organizzazione da parte del cliente.
Ottima scelta di vestiti per tutte le occasioni ma il servizio purtroppo lascia a bocca amara.
Spero vivamente che questa recensione venga presa per ciò che è, una critica costruttiva al fine di migliorare i feedback di tutti.
 As the owner of a business open to the public, unfortunately I could not fail to notice the lack of attention to customers (wait at least 20 minutes to be considered by the staff who apparently are in no hurry to hear what a person wants in front of the cash desk is quite excessive since there was only one other person to try on the garments and at least 3 orders)
It is also very unprofessional (and extremely disappointing for the customer) to return after the tailor's arrangements a dress found unstitched during the try-on and the hem (however paid in advance more than 200 euros) stuffed into an envelope all wrinkled as if it were a piece to throw away.
It is also suggested to point out at the time of the preventive payment of the garments that any adjustments have the additional cost to ensure transparency and organization on the part of the customer.
Excellent choice of clothes for all occasions but the service unfortunately leaves you in a bitter mouth.
I sincerely hope this review is taken for what it is, constructive criticism in order to improve everyone's feedback.
