★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a bunch of stuff to take away for lunch today. Quick, efficient, no problems! So it was all good but I have to say I haven't had KFC in about 3 years and it was the first time in Italy. What happened to the chips? Is it a global change or just KFC Italy's version? They were fries, not chips and there was no awesome chicken salt!

With their low tech of scanning green pass i was forced to have my order take away as the rude guy on the counter refused to give me refund when he fail to scan the green pass I use everyday to enter the gym and other facilities that requires green pass. I understand that kfc hires low life undeserving people to work to give them second chance but they should be more picky on hiring people. Never again go to any kfc in rome for this bad experience. My advice is scan first the green pass before making the client pay the cashier/server guy ruined my afternoon by making me carry a bag kfc on my appointment. Kfc should at least teach them server some manners. If they don’t like the job then they should quit and let the others people work there who can actually do a simply job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 21:30 i arrived in Ur place and see on the photo this black t.shirt lady is telling to everyone only take away... why your timing is till 22:00 u can't say any one for take away before ten a clock... and i saw bad behavior regarding service not acceptable... sorry don't suggest anyone....now its 21:58 oder not delivered and she click order ready shame on you.
