Ci sono tornata un annetto fa, fatto tre tagli e due volte il colore, colore fatto bene, primo taglio anche. Poi c' è sempre stata troppa fretta nell' esecuzione, risultata in irritazione sul collo a causa della lametta e uscita dal negozio ancora piena di capelli tagliati sui vestiti, davanti e sulla schiena. Non sono una VIP come le altre clienti, ma presumo i miei soldi vengano dal solito posto. Alla ricerca di una nuova parrucchiera. Lei ha saputo gestire i miei capelli, mi ha spiegato tutto quello che avrebbe fatto per realizzare quello che desideravo. Elena e il suo team fanno un lavoro meraviglioso, a partire dall’accoglienza alla piega finale. Ho fatto un balayage e direi che i prezzi sono in linea con gli altri saloni, comunque sia ha una brochure vasta e il prezzo viene deciso sin dall’inizio senza sorprese finali. Consigliatissimo! I did a balayage and I would say that the prices are in line with other salons, however it has an extensive brochure and the price is decided from the start without any final surprises. Today I had the Kerastase treatment, color and a cut. Elena made sure more than once that I was going to receive exactly what I wanted, in color and treatment. My native language is English but I have a pretty good command of Italian language too, but she checked more than once to make sure there was no misunderstanding, and that I received what I wanted.
