I test di combustione di Kiwa certificano una resa del 86,26%, emissioni di CO dello 0,07%, polveri sottili 20 mg su metro cubo. Sono un felice possessore dal 2013 e ne ho fatte installare altre 7 ad amici e conoscenti tutti per altro soddisfatti. Prezzo qualità credo non abbia paragoni. I came to know about this company in 2006 through a neighbor and then discovered that several families in my street had their stove for years. I have been a happy owner since 2013 and have had 7 others installed for friends and acquaintances all satisfied. Price quality I think has no comparisons.

Abbiamo chiesto di poter spostare una loro stube da un abitazione ad un altra, ci è stato risposto molto sgarbatamente che non lo facevano perché perdevano solo tempo, che dovevamo comprarne una nuova, che con le detrazioni l'avremmo pagata metà e tutte scuse simili per non fare il lavoro ma per venderci una nuova stube molto più redditizia per loro. Abbiamo contattato un esperto del settore che senza nessun problema ce l'ha smontata dalla vecchia abitazione e rimontata nella nuova. We contacted an expert in the sector who, without any problem, removed it from the old house and reassembled it in the new one.

A settembre 2020 abbiamo avuto problemi con la canna fumaria (tornava indietro il fumo) visti gli anni di utilizzo, le fughe crepate tra le maioliche e su consiglio di uno specialista dei fumi decidiamo di chiamare per fissare un sopralluogo. Chiama mio marito e con una risposta sgarbata veniamo liquidati “ ora non abbiamo tempo per queste cose, abbiamo troppo lavoro, la ricontatteremo”. Richiamo poco dopo per avere almeno un’idea delle tempistiche e rendo noto che siamo al freddo con un bambino di un anno e mezzo. Il signore che mi ha risposto mi chiede di mandare delle foto della canna fumaria e della stufa. Ad oggi non ho ricevuto risposta ai messaggi e non siamo nemmeno stati ricontattati. Pensavo di installare una stufa uguale nella futura nuova casa ma vista la scortesia ed il menefreghismo sicuramente non lo farò! Tanto gentili nella vendita quanto sgarbati e assenti nel momento del bisogno! We bought the stube 9 years ago, the only source of heating in my small apartment. We have been satisfied over the years with its yield. In September 2020 we had problems with the flue (the smoke returned) given the years of use, the cracked leaks between the tiles and on the advice of a smoke specialist we decide to call to arrange an inspection. Call my husband and with a rude answer we are liquidated "now we have no time for these things, we have too much work, we will contact you". I call back shortly after to have at least an idea of the timing and I announce that we are in the cold with a one and a half year old baby. The gentleman who answered me asks me to send photos of the flue and the stove. To date I have not received a reply to the messages and we have not even been contacted. I was thinking of installing an identical stove in the future new house but given the rudeness and indifference I certainly won't! As kind in the sale as they are rude and absent in time of need!

Meglio spendere un po' di più per un prodotto più serio. The stube I purchased does not have an inspection hole, to do the maintenance / cleaning it is necessary to disassemble it: an intervention (not from keralpen) has been estimated for € 350 + VAT. Better to spend a little more on a more serious product.
