β β β β β Il dojo si trova presso la palestra Onde Chiare, che Γ¨ nuovissima, accogliente, molto comoda. E' sempre tutto molto pulito, docce e spogliatoi compresi. Il personale Γ¨ sempre disponibile e cordiale.
La sala dove ci si allena Γ¨ ampia, con un parquet perfetto.
KENSHINKAN significa "posto" (o scuola, casa) del pugno e dello spirito, e il tipo di allenamento ne rispecchia l'essenza.
Si pratica il TΕde di Okinawa, una antica arte marziale di difesa personale, la cui efficacia Γ¨ comprovata dalla pratica secolare.
In questo Dojo la prima lezione di prova Γ¨ gratuita, quindi Γ¨ possibile toccare con mano.
The dojo is located in the Onde Chiare gym, which is brand new, welcoming, very comfortable. Everything is always very clean, including showers and changing rooms. The staff are always available and friendly.
The room where you train is large, with a perfect parquet.
KENSHINKAN means "place" (or school, home) of the punch and the spirit, and the type of training reflects its essence.
Okinawa TΕde is practiced, an ancient martial art of self defense, whose effectiveness is proven by secular practice.
