A very nice and big gym to do exercise. The group is very cohesive and master many skills and you to the beauty of judo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spazi molto ampi, anche per quel che riguarda gli spogliatoi, e ben attrezzati (con il tatami fisso). Una delle prime palestre di judo nate a Reggio e rimasta specializzata in questo bellissimo sport. Il posto giusto per cominciare a praticare questa disciplina a qualsiasi età!
Very large spaces, also with regards to the changing rooms, and well equipped (with fixed tatami). One of the first judo gyms born in Reggio and remained specialized in this beautiful sport. The right place to start practicing this discipline at any age!

alla palestra curata, ampia e che dispone di ogni tipo di attrezzatura. A frequentare i corsi sono maschi e femmine di tutte le cinture che, capitanati da una cintura nera, lavorano in armonia e liberamente. Gli spogliatoi sono ben attrezzati, pulitissimi e profumati.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima palestra di Judo con corsi per tutte le età. Gruppo affiatato e il Maestro molto preparato e disponibile. Un bellissimo ambiente! Sono offerti anche corsi di Chanbara e Tai Chi. Struttura spaziosa, con possibilità di usare attrezzi ginnici.
Excellent Judo gym with courses for all ages. Close-knit group and the Master very prepared and helpful. A beautiful environment! Chanbara and Tai Chi courses are also offered. Spacious structure, with the possibility of using exercise equipment.
