Siamo arrivate alle 10 (di sabato) ,la titolare ci accoglie dicendo che è in ritardo di un'ora con il lavoro e, senza neanche scusarci, ci guarda e ci dice che se vogliamo possiamo ripassare più tardi. Quando le faccio gentilmente notare che la prossima volta sarebbe stato opportuno chiamarmi al telefono per avvisarmi, mi risponde stizzita dicendo che non si è accorta di che ora fosse e che se voglio frustarla posso pure farlo. Veramente pessima.
I had booked a week in advance for me and a friend of mine. We arrived at 10 (on Saturday), the owner greets us saying that she is an hour late with her work and, without even apologizing, she looks at us and tells us that if we want we can come back later. When I kindly point out that the next time it would have been appropriate to call me on the phone to notify me, she replies angrily saying that she has not noticed what time it was and that if I want to whip her I can do it too. Really bad.
