Le ragazze, Monica e Vanessa, sono sempre sorridenti e gentili e anche loro sanno consigliare e hanno una pazienza infinita. Mi manca potermi rilassare nel mio negozio di fiducia, speriamo di poterci ritornare presto. La più “anziana” alla cassa rispondeva a stento alle domande quando ho chiesto degli abiti visti in vetrina e che dicono di aver già venduto… e va beh… al momento dell’acquisto quella più giovane era alla cassa e si è accanita con una cliente perché dice di non aver salutato e iniziando ad esclamare ad alta voce “non l’ho sentita! A casa mia si saluta… è segno di educazione” e l’altra che la spalleggiava. Sono senza parole. Ma la cortesia e la gentilezza verso un possibile acquirente dove stanno? Okay che ci sono casi in cui c’è gente davvero maleducata ma questa signora era davvero carina e a mio parere non si meritava un trattamento così. Tra l’altro proprio da loro che quando siamo entrate ci hanno trattato con sufficienza. Professionalità pari a zero!!!!
