★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High level shopping mall, with a history dating back one century or so, not really cheap but sporting many well known brands of both clothing and perfumery articles. Right in downtown Torino, it's a popular target even just to go and have a look, and to try some expensive perfume.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place itself is very very nice. Tidy, elegant and very clean. The staff is well prepared and at your disposal for any advice and/or necessity of help.
The clothes exposed are premium quality, you can find all the most important, fashionable and attractive Brands. Anyway, the items price, in my opinion, are a little bit too expansive, that is the clothes cost is above the normal one in a franchise boutique.
The location is distributed on different floor: the lower one is about home stuff and furniture; the ground floor is assigned mainly for makeup and fragrances; from first floor and higher, they are assigned to the fashion clothing items both for man and woman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High end department unfortunately run so poorly. No cashier available and we had to queue up for a store in which almost nothing cost less than €200 in the women cloths sections. The rest of the store is full of sale assistants hired from the brand represented so unable to preform payment duty. Flagship store in Milan is the only one probably run decently Thanks to the tourist location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service zero (if it was possible no stars at all)! The girls in cosmetics were not professionals they sent me to the cashier to ask. It looks like this girls will serve you if you wear totally branded. Even it was no one and they were free. Downstairs even worse there are none, one month ago I wanted to buy bad linens and couldn’t find anyone and this time again nobody ( I wanted to buy nice green bowls please the picture attached) but while in Christmas toys area at least 2 people. Rinascente administration do something with employees! The COVID-19 regulations were not totally followed, there are people we’re removed masks.
