Sono incredula la proprietaria: si è rifiutata di applicare la legge sul diritto al recesso del consumatore, non ha assolutamente voluto riaccreditarmi i 29 € (ventinove euro!) sulla carta di credit. Ha argomentato così : “ devo sentire la mia commercialista, non l’ho mai fatto e non so se lo posso fare”,, poi con toni piccati mi ha imposto un “buono” cartaceo valevole 15 gg modello medioevo dei consumatore! Cioè: le norme se le fa lei! Dimenticando che quando ha acquistato il registratore di cassa le hanno senz’altro mostrato la funzione “storno”, che serve appunto a annullare l’operazione e fare l’uscita ci cassa per il reso e la restituzione del denaro. Quasi mi derideva per aver semplicemente chiesto i miei denari dato che le restituivo una gonna acquistata neanche 3 ore prima! Ovviamente in Italia le verifiche spettano alla Guardia di Finanza per la parte fiscale
