Ho chiesto un balayage e sono uscita con delle striscie decolorate, tagliate, piene di macchie e metà arancioni. Per rimediare al danno subito ci vorranno 6 ore di lavoro e comunque non riuscirò a risolvere del tutto il problema. Terrible experience, I strongly advise against booking. I asked for a balayage and I went out with bleached, cut strips, full of spots and half orange. To remedy the damage suffered it will take 6 hours of work and in any case I will not be able to completely solve the problem.

Mentre mi stavano lavandoni capelli (con la delicatezza di un elefante) è entrata una ragazza per lamentarsi dell obrobrio che le hanno fatto in testa, la proprietaria la cacciata dallo studio spintonandola, l altro parruchiere fumava dentro il locale come se non ci fossro problemi. Maleducati, incompetenti, e vigliacchi! It doesn't even deserve a star, they ruined my hair, burned completely. While my hair was being washed (with the delicacy of an elephant) a girl came in to complain about the obrobrio that they had in her head, the owner chased her out of the studio, pushing the other hairdresser into the room as if there were no problems. Rude, incompetent, and cowards!

Mi dispiace ma se posso evitare che altre persone si rovinino i capelli lo faccio più che volentieri! Very kind hairdresser but unfortunately not capable, I bought a Groupon and I had not very high expectations but I didn't think of going home with completely damaged hair! Consigliata per chi ha voglia di stare in famiglia anche dalla parrucchiera. Great Kate! A genuine person who loves to do his job. I due parrucchieri sono stati molto gentili e accoglienti. Da notare: utilizzano dei teli monouso al posto delle classiche salviette di spugna che spesso sono maleodoranti. Complimenti! Small but very clean and tidy place. Shots of sun and cut on short hair done very well (with groupon coupons). The two hairdressers were very kind and welcoming. Note: they use disposable towels instead of the classic sponge towels that are often smelly. Congratulations!
