Il personale però ha affermato che attendendo qualche giorno avrebbero fatto l'ordine e ci avrebbero consegnato l'articolo nella sua confezione. Dopo una settimana di attesa e nessuna chiamata da parte del personale se hai contattato il negozio venendo a sapere che il prodotto richiesto non sarebbe mai arrivato e che quello in esposizione era stato venduto ad altri. Arrivati al negozio per ritirare la somma che si era anticipata per intero Il personale ha affermato di aver contattato altri negozi Ma che non c'era più disponibilità del prodotto quando invece bastava consultare il sito ufficiale per vedere esattamente quali punti vendita lo avevano ancora disponibile. Non solo si tratta in modo superficiale la clientela ma si sprecano anche telefonate inutili senza ottimizzare il servizio con i supporti che la casa madre dà a disposizione dei venditori. Bisogna fare attenzione a non urtare niente. Il personale é molto gentile. Shop with many things for the home. Glasses, pots, cups, various jars. Oggi si è accorta Cei filtri erano di un altro tipo e non compatibili. Vado per sostituirli, ma non ero più in possesso dello scontrino. Le signorine mi dicono che non potevano sostituire l'articolo. Alla fine me li hanno sostituito dopo una litigata furiosa e dopo essere risaliti alla vendita tramite la tessera. Essendo stato invitato dalle signorine a informarmi sulla legge, mi sono informato e non esiste norma che preveda il possesso dello scontrino per la garanzia di un articolo e a proposito esiste una ampia giurisprudenza, basta fare un giro su internet.
