Contattati una terza volta per presentare le proprie lamentele e preso in giro dicendo che essendo stato fine Anno non avevano tempo per tutti all inizio dell anno nuovo sarei stato il primo cliente soddisfatto.. Siamo a marzo quasi e non lo sono affatto. Poca serietà e professionalità. Contact the first time for an inspection that never came. Show-room molto moderno ed elegante , sembra di essere in una grande azienda.... ma basta aspettare qualche minuto e ci si rende conto di come siano male organizzati !? Appuntamenti che non vengono rispettati, vieni rimbalzato da un consulente ad un'altro, e a volte lasciato ad aspettare: ora per un altro cliente, ora per una telefonata. Prodotti propinati di qualità , in realtà scadenti: tutto fumo e niente arrosto! prezzi troppo cari rispetto alla qualità ed al servizio offerto!!!☹️ Per non parlare poi del post vendita e dell'assistenza: basta chiamare! E passano giorni, settimane e mesi di continui: "La faccio richiamare subito" ??? Un problema con un box doccia cosi tanto decantato in fase di acquisto? E pagato 840€ .... Non 99€ al cinese La risposta ricevuta in sintesi: "Semplice arrangiati !!!?" Sono cosi esperti che gli basta guardare una foto per capire che il danno non rientra in garanzia... Se vuoi il sopralluogo di un tecnico? è a prescindere a pagamento, perche la valutazione è già stata fatta al telefono ?? Ovviamente un tecnico di mia fiducia mi ha detto tutt'altro vedendo di persona il prodotto!!! Ma questo non conta , perche callea è una certezza ?? Certezza di essere fregati ?? Ma non finisce qui , intendo nominare un perito tramite il mio legale più per principio ,che non per il prodotto in se ? Non è giusto il comportamento ricevuto considerando che oltre al box ho speso molto di più! Ma se possibile, spero che la mia esperienza almeno possa evitare che qualcuno caschi nella stessa trappola! Buona giornata Appearances are deceiving!
