Ho preso diverse cosine ...una di queste era difettosa...ok può capitare...la commessa ,molto gentile, che mi aveva servito la volta precedente non c'era. Mi serve la responsabile una maleducata e perditempo senza motivo. Saccente e ognjnparola jn più che preferiva affossava nelle sabbie mobili. Non tornerò più a vignola anzi credo andrò a Sassuolo prossima apertura dove troverò la ragazza che mi ha servito! Very nice things ... salesmen a little too present. Davvero gentilissime e disponibili. È un negozio dove vado sempre con piacere ! I would like to thank Kasanova's orders for the home delivery of bathrobes for my children before our departure. Ho comprato ben due aspirapolvere, la prima essendo un modello vecchio mi hanno detto che nn era più possibile recuperare i pezzi, ne ho comprata un altra e per sfortuna mi si è rotto caricabatterie, trovato caricabatterie e pagato 20 euro, a casa mi accorgo che non funzionava neanche la batteria, chiamo il negozio per ordinarla (pagando ovviamente) e mi viene detto che quel ricambio non si trova, morale aspirapolvere nuova da buttare più caricatore nuovo da buttare. Meglio comprare solo padelle, come detto dalla responsabile è quello il loro prodotto principale...il resto è in più. Sottolineo non è una critica al negozio ma all'azienda Kasanova che purtroppo lavora proprio male. I recommend not buying appliances as they don't have spare parts, they are only if you are lucky. Molti articoli hanno un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo e in generale i prezzi sono contenuti. Le commesse sono molto solari e gentili , a tratti esuberanti.. delle vere venditrici!
