È evidente che nn c'è comunicazione con i suoi collaboratori visto che nn è stata nemmeno controllata...Ha invece perfettamente ragione sullo scontrino e la vostra politica dei 7 giorni. Questo nn giustifica il comportamento di riportare quello che torna più comodo... Le auguro un buon lavoro. Buongiorno anticipo che nell'acquisto di una trapunta la custodia originale si è rotta xchè una commessa nel prenderla l'ha fatta cadere da uno scaffale molto alto. Ho deciso di acquistarla lo stesso fino a che nn mi sn reso conto che era di bassissima qualità! Chiedo un reso nonostante mi fossi procurato io una custodia e avessi un pagamento con carta mha loro nn sentono ragioni aggrappandosi alla custodia nn originale! Negozio da evitare! Rispondo al proprietario: Buongiorno le confermo che avevo chiesto un'altra custodia all'acquisto mi è stato risposto che nn era disponibile. Cm le confermo che la trapunta nn è mai stata usata!
