Ci siamo recati nel vostro punto vendita e siamo stati trattami malissimo da un vostro dipendente che ci ha dati dei bugiardi dicendo che il coperchio sicuramente l'avevamo rotto noi. Noi non avevamo lo scontrino, ma questo non autorizza il personale a diffamare. Non torneremo più.
Mi fa piacere constatare che non si tratti di un caso isolato, perché stando a quanto da voi riferito nella recensione, il soggetto non sono io. Nel mio caso non avete ritirato nulla.
We bought a pot with a glass lid, unfortunately the lid cracked during the first use. We went to your store and we were treated very badly by one of your employees who gave us liars saying that we had certainly broken the lid. We did not have a receipt, but this does not authorize the staff to defame. We will never return.
I am pleased to note that this is not an isolated case, because according to what you reported in the review, the subject is not me. In my case, you have not withdrawn anything.

Premetto che la mia compagna non può indossare la mascherina chirurgica per problemi respiratori, indossa la visiera con certificato medico rilasciato dal nostro medico curante. Appena entrati si è avvicinata una commessa e gentilmente le chiede di indossare la mascherina chirurgia, la mia compagna esibisce il certificato medico ma il responsabile la caccia fuori dicendo che non è in regola. Per noi è un negozio morto per il personale che lo gestisce
