 Kasanova there are enough of them in Rome and outside. This is not my usual one but it is equipped as well as the other one.There are indispensable things for the home and at a budget price. I found nice people available.
I will stay here again when I am nearby

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono arrivato alle 9.40 di mattina. Il personale era dentro a sistemare i prodotti. Ho cercato di attirare la loro attenzione per fare due semplici domande, in modo da potermi regolare: a che ora aprivano e se avevano il prodotto che cercato. Finalmente "capita" che incrociano il mio sguardo e dopo averli pregati, un commesso si avvicina visibilmente scocciato. Dalla porta chiusa, neanche fossi un delinquente, gli faccio le due domande alle quali risponde in modo secco e, appunto, scocciato. Per carità, capisco che non era orario di lavoro, ma a volte un po di gentilezza e disponibilità fa la differenza tra un negozio e un'altro. Sicuramente questo negozio non mi vedrà più. Adoro i prodotti kasanova. Andrò altrove.
I arrived at 9.40 in the morning. The staff was inside arranging the products. I tried to get their attention to ask two simple questions, so that I could adjust: what time they opened and if they had the product they were looking for. Finally "it happens" that they meet my gaze and after begging them, a salesman approaches visibly annoyed. From the closed door, even if I were a criminal, I ask him the two questions to which he answers in a dry and, indeed, annoyed way. For heaven's sake, I understand that it wasn't working hours, but sometimes a little kindness and availability makes the difference between one shop and another. This shop will surely never see me again. I love kasanova products. I will go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Va preso per quello che è, prezzi non altissimi ma qualità davvero pessima. Conviene tuttavia per qualcosa quando va in offerta perché il design sebbene veramente elementare è molto meglio di un sacco di paccottiglia più costosa. Gentilissimi gli addetti ed anche abbastanza onesti quando gli chiedi un consiglio. Pentole sicuramente migliori degli elettrodomestici così come la biancheria da casa, di sussistenza ma almeno comprabile.
It should be taken for what it is, not very high prices but really bad quality. It pays for something however when it goes on offer because the design while really basic is much better than a lot of more expensive junk. Very kind staff and also quite honest when you ask them for advice. Certainly better cookware than household appliances as well as household linen, subsistence but at least buyable.
