★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ormai sono anni che vengo in questo negozio e devo dire che le esperienze sono state tutte positive. la qualità dei vestiti è direi quasi ottima, o comunque decisamente sopra la media (considerando i vestiti per ragazze, anche rispetto all'adiacente negozio Subdued) i prezzi non sono neanche eccessivi, dipende dai vari capi di abbigliamento, i pantaloni spaziano dai 40 € ai 70, ma spesso si trovanno vantaggiose offerte, o insoliti prezzi particolarmente bassi per un certo capo di abbigliamento. i vestiti in particolare sono molto carini e i prezzi sono onesti, anche per quanto riguarda maglioni, top, felpe e magliette. gli accessori sono anche molto carini, anche se gli orecchini consiglio di disinfettarli veramente BENE prima di indossarli, perchè più di una volta mi è capitato che infettassero l'orecchio, e comunque sia collane che braccialetti non sono inox quindi si scoloriscono, però per quanto li paghi ci sta. le cinte invece sono fatte abbastanza bene considerando che sono comunque di ecopelle. Il personale couqnue è gentile, non molto disponibile, sembra spesso che gli stai facendo un favore a comprare qualcosa, però tutto sommato è comunque un bel negozio!
I have been coming to this shop for years now and I must say that the experiences have all been positive. the quality of the clothes is almost excellent, or in any case definitely above average (considering the clothes for girls, even compared to the adjacent Subdued shop) the prices are not even excessive, it depends on the various items of clothing, the pants range from 40 € to 70, but often you will find advantageous offers, or unusual particularly low prices for a certain item of clothing. the clothes in particular are very nice and the prices are fair, even for sweaters, tops, sweatshirts and t-shirts. the accessories are also very nice, even if the earrings I recommend to disinfect them really WELL before wearing them, because more than once it has happened to me that they infected the ear, and in any case both necklaces and bracelets are not stainless so they discolor, however you pay them there is. the belts, on the other hand, are made quite well considering that they are still made of eco-leather. The couqnue staff is nice, not very helpful, it often seems like you're doing them a favor by buying something, but all in all it's still a nice shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though the clothes are great for teenagers, the whole experience was memorable for all the wrong reasons. The staff were too cool to be working there, or so they thought, and certainly too busy scowling and looking miserable to show any kind or interest in, or respect to their customers. In particular on Tuesday 20th July, the girl with the shortish curly hair deserves a special mention for supreme misery beyond the call of duty. She was appalling. If this was my business I think I would spend a bit of time improving customer relations.
