★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qui si trovano tantissime cose per la cucina e non solo, i prezzi sono buoni (di solito c'è anche qualcosa in promo). Raramente esco senza un'acquisto!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il responsabile parla ai clienti per interposta persona e questo dimostra la totale assenza di professionalità. Un prodotto (costoso) al settimo giorno presenta un difetto di fabbrica e lui, in barba al Codice Civile, non solo non sostituisce il prodotto, ma non rimborsa nemmeno la spesa. Al massimo emette un buono acquisto.
Certo non non fa una bella figura ed è ovvio che dopo un po' si trova senza clienti. Alla casa madre "Kasanova" suggerirei di scegliersi meglio i propri dipendenti.
The manager speaks to customers through a third party and this demonstrates the total lack of professionalism. An (expensive) product on the seventh day has a manufacturing defect and he, in defiance of the Civil Code, not only does not replace the product, but does not even reimburse the cost. At the most it issues a purchase voucher.
It certainly doesn't make a good impression and it is obvious that after a while it is without customers. At the parent company "Kasanova" I would suggest that they choose their employees better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tra molte le cineserie è possibile trovare oggetti e utensilerie per la casa di qualità. In questo periodo sono in promo ed hanno pentole antiaderenti con un ottimo fondo . Fare un giro in questo negozio ne vale la pena.

Alla fine ho comprato tutto quello q che voleva a Kasanova de Mestre dove sono stata ben accolto dai dipendenti.
