Le commesse incompetenti, oltre a non riconoscere il problema si nascondo dietro alla responsabile che parla senza sapere del fatto. Sconsiglieró a tutti quelli che conosco. Unreliable and arrogant. Repair times far beyond those agreed and in addition the item returns damaged. The incompetent orders, in addition to not recognizing the problem, hide behind the manager who speaks without knowing the fact. I will advise against everyone I know.

Non rispettate misure anticovid: in negozio c'erano più persone del consentito e non se ne sono nemmeno accorte. La commessa mi ha toccato senza essersi igienizzata le mani. Incompetent staff. They don't even know what a Pandora is and they work in jewelry. Not respecting anticovid measures: there were more people in the shop than allowed and they didn't even notice. The saleswoman touched me without having sanitized her hands.

Ho chiesto in negozio che venisse sistemato (con lo scontrino) ma mi hanno detto di sentire l'assistenza online. Ho già scritto 3 email ma MAI nessuno si è degnato di rispondere!!!! Il cliente va seguito sia in vendita che dopo se ci sono problemi. No comment. I took a keychain for my father and a piece fell off shortly after. I asked the store for it to be fixed (with the receipt) but they told me to hear the online assistance. I have already written 3 emails but NEVER anyone deigned to reply !!!! The customer must be followed both in sale and after if there are problems. No comment.

Chiedo per un bracciale e pongo domande riguardanti il futuro acquisto ma ahimè, non ottengo nessuna risposta! Alla richiesta di ulteriori informazioni non ottengo nuovamente risposta. Dico che guardo intorno per farmi un’idea e la commessa se ne va. Saluto per uscire e non ottengo nemmeno quello! Sembra quasi una scena comica. Brutta esperienza!
