Premesso che le commesse non sono obbligate a sapere tutto, si poteva rispondere con un: “ signora , non lo so, piuttosto che darle un informazione sbagliata provi a leggere le istruzioni”.
Molto scortese. ( scortese la singola commessa)

Scrivo perché non è stato assolutamente gentile la commessa.mi ha fatto pagare 4,90 euro un tappo erogatore per olio preso in uno scatolo con il prezzo di 1,50 euro. valore commerciale 50 centesimi.
