Se si cerca però l'oggetto particolare non è il negozio giusto perché ha in genere articoli standard seppur a volte presenti con una linea estetica interessante. Nice shop where I often find a nice little object for a little thought for a friend. There are many useful items for the kitchen at varying prices. However, if you are looking for a particular object, it is not the right shop because it generally has standard items although sometimes present with an interesting aesthetic line.

Prezzi non sempre adatti all'oggetto. Personale poco presente. Small shop but full of objects. A	Angelo Trano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio disordinato a tal punto che se entri non riesci a vedere nulla perché devi driplare e fare attenzione 1 cartone lasciato in mezzo da commessa. 2 commessa che sistema prodotti senza tenere conto dei clienti che passano. 3 oggetti messi in bilico che basta girarti di colpo che lo spostamento d'aria li fa cadere {specialmente piatti e bicchieri} 4 prezzi offerte trabocchetto, c'è scritto un prezzo ma vale solo se compri 2 pezzi, il primo a prezzo gonfiato. È mi fermo qui senza soffermarmi agli addetti con broncio e senza sorrisi. Da evitare se non volete rovinarvi la giornata. Ma faccio un passo indietro... parlando del personale e della quantità di cose che è possibile comprare qui. Onestamente il personale è cordiale... certo... non sta lì dietro di te a chiederti "ha bisogno di qualcosa?", ma resta sempre molto disponibile quando si chiedono informazioni in merito a prodotti/oggetti che desideri acquistare. Ho comprato varie cose: dalla semplice padella a coltelli, piatti, bicchieri e/o altro. Le cose acquistate sono risultate essere un valido e conveniente acquisto. I prezzi sono accessibili a tutti e veramente puoi perderti per la grande varietà di prodotti per la casa. Ci vado, rivado e ritorno perché ne vale sempre la pena. Inoltre quando il personale, tra migliaia di persone, si ricorda di te... è fantastico. Ti fa venire la voglia di tornarci perché anche quello fa "casa". Honestly the staff are friendly ... sure ... they don't stand behind you asking "do you need anything?", But they are always very helpful when asking about products / items you wish to purchase. I bought various things: from the simple pan to knives, plates, glasses and / or other. The things purchased turned out to be a valid and convenient purchase. The prices are accessible to everyone and you can really get lost in the great variety of products for the home. I go there, I go again and I return because it is always worth it. Plus when the staff, out of thousands of people, remember you ... that's great. It makes you want to go back because that is "home" too.

Visionando delle pentole e indietreggiando di un solo passo, in uno spazio angusto e riempito a profusione di prodotti di vario genere accatastati di qua e di là, ho urtato accidentalmente e non di certo volontariamente degli igienizzanti, i quali sono caduti a terra. La commessa, intenta a parlare al telefono a qualche metro di distanza, si è precipitata a constatare che il tappo di un detergente igienizzante si era rotto. Qualche istante prima mi ero già dichiarata colpevole e mi ero offerta di ripagare ogni eventuale danno tra mille scuse. La commessa ha annuito frettolosamente e nell'effettuare il pagamento, mentre parlava con la collega intenta ad iniziare il proprio turno, mi ha persino rincuorata dicendomi "Meglio il detergente signora, che altro!" (sottinteso: qualche oggetto di maggior valore). Ecco, non mi era capitata mai una cosa del genere, nè da cliente, nè da addetta al supporto della clientela, accaduto che ho interpretato come una forma di scortesia. La responsabilità è unicamente la mia in un negozio dove è difficile persino transitare a causa degli spazi esigui e della smisurata quantità di oggetti ammucchiati uno sull'altro? Ah, il detergente funziona, ma di certo lì non metterò mai più piede. Dovessi malauguratamente rompere qualcosa di maggior valore.... Is the responsibility solely mine in a shop where it is difficult even to pass because of the small spaces and the immeasurable quantity of objects piled on top of each other? Ah, the cleaner works, but I will certainly never set foot there again. Unfortunately I had to break something of greater value ....

Arrivato nella mia abitazione mi sono accorto che sullo scontrino non era stato inserito un extrasconto che era visibile tramite targhetta adesiva applicata vicino il prezzo di una delle tre tovaglie da me acquistate. Il giorno dopo ho telefonato chiedendo delucidazioni sullo sconto che non era stato applicato. Mi è stato riferito telefonicamente di andare nuovamente in negozio che me l'ho avrebbero rimborsato. Che dire....arrivato nel negozio mi è stato detto che era un vecchio extra sconto che non era più attivo e di conseguenza non mi hanno rimborsato nulla. Lascio a voi le conclusioni.
