★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio molto bello ma non ha saputo farmi arrivare un prodotto, nemmeno ordinandolo, a dieci giorni dal Natale. Mi è dispiaciuto dover ricorrere al sito on line della Kartell che in tre giorni lavorativi mi ha recapitato a casa quello che sará il regalo per un parente e per il quale il negozio non mi ha dato disponibilitá di magazzino o di ordine. Qual é dunque il valore aggiunto dell'essere 'flag ship store' se al cliente estimatore della marca non vengono date soluzioni che a quanto pare risultano percorribili? Dieci giorni dal Natale, non dalla fine del mondo. Eppure il 'flag ship store', come un negozio qualsiasi, non é stato capace di darmi soluzioni. Tra Roma e Milano distanze siderali, anche nel modo di fare commercio.
Very nice shop but he was unable to get me a product, not even ordering it, ten days from Christmas. I was sorry to have to resort to the Kartell online site which in three working days delivered me home what will be the gift for a relative and for which the shop did not give me stock or order availability. So what is the added value of being a 'flag ship store' if the customer who appreciates the brand is not given solutions that apparently are viable? Ten days from Christmas, not from the end of the world. Yet the 'flag ship store', like any other shop, has not been able to give me solutions. Between Rome and Milan sidereal distances, also in the way of doing business.

The shop exhibits Kartell products of excellent choice and quality, the sales staff are not the best, treated with sufficiency and detachment, almost with listlessness ... to change!
