Quello della Karol, l'ultimo che ho acquistato, è in assoluto il peggior pellet. Basso potere calorifico, altissimo residuo di cenere e, cosa mai accaduta in precedenza, la polvere del pellet si è "impastata" attorno alla vite che porta il pellet al braciere bloccando la stufa. Il titolare mi aveva guidato all'acquisto di quella tipologia di pellet, tra le varie a catalogo, spiegandomi, che era di ottima qualità e la più venduta. Infine, avevamo concordato un prezzo comprensivo del trasporto ma alla consegna il titolare ha chiesto 15€ (invano). Sconsiglio vivamente. I have had a very good quality pellet stove for 6 years. During this period I was able to test types of pellets from different vendors. The one from Karol, the last one I bought, is by far the worst pellet. Low calorific value, very high ash residue and, what never happened before, the pellet dust has "mixed" around the screw that brings the pellet to the brazier blocking the stove. The owner had guided me to purchase that type of pellet, among the various in the catalog, explaining to me that it was of excellent quality and the best-selling. Finally, we had agreed on a price including transport but on delivery the owner asked for € 15 (in vain). I strongly advise against.

Con il pellet della brunen la mia stufa non brucia bene e lascia sul braciere un crostone importante.Sporca molto.
