★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto professionali un po' troppo formali per i miei gusti....cmq nn so giudicare io l' articolo lo restituito con Amazon avrei dovuto aspettare troppo per la garanzia...mi si era rotto appena arrivato...in più se nn avessero riconosciuto la garanzia avrei dovuto sborsare 40 euro solo per averlo controllato...a volte chi fa da sé ....era solo un interruttore rotto.
Very professional a little too formal for my tastes .... cmq I don't know how to judge the item I returned with Amazon I would have had to wait too long for the guarantee ... it was broken as soon as it arrived ... more if nn had recognized the guarantee I would have had to pay 40 euros just to have it checked ... sometimes those who do it themselves .... it was just a broken switch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il marchio è tedesco e prodotti e macchinari sono eccellenti ma questo non dipende dagli operatori che lavorano all'interno del negozio che potrebbero essere anche antipatici e scorbutici.
Invece c' è Emanuele che è disponibile, paziente gentile e competente e poi ci sono le due signore che rispondono al telefono e che sono anche loro all'interno del negozio che sono altrettanto gentili, disponibili e competenti.
Se vi serve qualcosa della karcher andate senza esitazione.
The brand is German and the products and machinery are excellent but this does not depend on the operators working inside the shop who could also be unpleasant and grumpy.
Instead there is Emanuele who is helpful, patient, kind and competent and then there are the two ladies who answer the phone and who are also inside the shop who are just as kind, helpful and competent.
If you need something from the karcher, go without hesitation.
